Commercial/Special Events

Cream City Photography will supply coverage for private functions, parties, gatherings, reunions, insurance pictures, store front photos, news events, parades, ceremonies, grand openings, etc. (Non-wedding events) Because we do not use pre-set background or lighting set-up and approach each client's needs uniquely, we will consult with you to determine how best to portray your work, the desired effect and any budgetary considerations.  All events will be shot with high resolution digital cameras.  Send us an email with a complete description of the event, the date(s) and time of the event, and the coverage that is required.  We can tailor a package to meet your specific needs.

Included

There is a one-hour minimum per event.  Above rates are per photographer and will be billed in quarter hour increments after one hour.  Photography sessions booked at ½-day and full-day rates will be billed at full price even if the entire time is not used.  All cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are subject to a $75.00 cancellation fee. All events include a CD of the event with the enhanced images in .JPG format.

Travel Expenses

Travel expense for locations beyond 50 miles radius of our location in Milwaukee, WI, is $0.42 per driven mile.  If roundtrip travel exceeds 200 miles and our photography service would take more than 6 hours, then overnight lodging is required. When air transportation is required, in addition to airfares, two nights accommodation in or very close to where the event is taking place and $100.00 per diem will apply.  Overnight accommodations are essential for the night before the event and the day of the event.  This will assure that if any unforeseen circumstances arise we will be there in plenty of time and the photographers can work at their best.

Prints of your event may be purchased through Cream City Photography.  All images in a non 2:3 ratio will be custom cropped to ensure image subject integrity.

Editorial and Advertising

Normally we license an image for one-time North American, English language reproduction rights.  However, other types of licenses are available upon request. Prices for electronic media and print uses are determined by several factors (type of use - advertising, corporate, or editorial, size, duration of term - 6 month, one year, etc., placement, number of insertions or print run, exclusivity, etc.). In traditional licensing you are purchasing a license to use the image, not the image itself.  So in order to determine the price and restrictions on an image, you will be asked to provide information regarding how you plan to use it. Reproduction rights may be purchased for any of the images on our web site.  Our minimum price for any usage is $150.00.  Please contact us with your request for a licensing quote.

Additional Services

Digital Retouching  -  High resolution scanning and digital manipulation of photographic images including color and lighting equalization, red-eye removal, dust and scratch removal.  Because each photo has different requirements, retouching will be billed at $25.00 per hour and billed in ¼ hour increments.

Restoration  -  Digital hand touch-up and repair of images including full antique photograph restoration.  Email or send to us the old photos of your work to show us what changes, if any, you would like to have in how your pieces are portrayed.  Because each photo has different requirements, retouching will be billed at $25.00 per hour and billed in ¼ hour increments.

Terms

All Accounts:

50% deposit in advance or paid at the start of the event, balance due within 30 days of the event.

Current State of Wisconsin Sales Tax added to all instate orders.
